Benito Gonzalez
Benito Gonzalez has been active in the Lake Geneva region for over 12 years and has extensive experience in all roles related to financial reporting.
After obtaining his Master's degree in Accounting, Controlling and Finance from HEC Lausanne in 2009, he was confirmed as Swiss Certified Public Accountant by EXPERTsuisse in 2013, after 4 years of experience in a 'Big Four' company.
He then took on a major challenge when he became financial controller of a company listed on the SIX Exchange and in financial difficulty. In charge of producing IFRS financial statements with limited resources, he also prepared the stock exchange prospectus for several capital increases and managed a tight cash flow situation while being in charge of the accounting team.
Following this experience within an industry, he joined a service group where he quickly took on the role of group CFO. This nationwide group was owned by a private equity fund. He took a number of steps to reorganize the accounting team, as well as accounting and finance operations, with the aim of improving the efficiency of the finance team, by bringing clarity and transparency to the profitability of the group. These actions played an important role in the resale of the group to a new buyer for whom he organized the implementation of IFRS financial statements.
Currently CFO of a large scale-up in the Lausanne area, he is constantly improving processes, tools and financial reporting. He is used to financing rounds and is also involved in the optimization of financial operations to ensure transparency and allow a quick and appropriate decision making.

Alain Graden
For more than 15 years, Alain Graden has been involved in advising companies on a daily basis. Having worked for almost 10 years in a 'Big Four' and having spent his entire career on the shores of Lake Geneva, he has been involved in several hundred different mandates.
He has worked with a wide range of clients, from start-ups to multinational entities and VSE/SME, and in all sectors of the economy : industry, services, public sector, infrastructure, construction, import/export, medical sector and luxury sector. He has also assisted numerous non-profit or public utility organisations : associations, foundations, municipalities, NGOs and para-statal entities.
After obtaining a Master's degree in management from HEC Lausanne in 2005, he was certified as a certified accountant by EXPERTsuisse in 2009. In order to develop his skills, he completed his studies and obtained a Master of Advanced Studies in International Taxation at the University of Neuchâtel in 2012. Wishing to meet the challenges of his clients, he has embarked on a CISA certification, focused on the security of information systems.
Since 2010, he has also been working with EXPERTsuisse as an expert examiner for the Swiss Federal Examinations for Certified Public Accountants and teaches courses on the execution of the audit to the candidates for certified public accountants.
Motivated by complexity, Alain Graden likes new business models and sharing on interdisciplinary issues. He understands the auditor's approach as a partnership capable of bringing real added value to the client, through optimization in the broad sense or risk assessment. Convinced that digitalization is already revolutionizing the financial and auditing world, he is fascinated by innovative solutions and the modernization of business processes.
