External and special audits

Do you need to have your financial statements audited by an auditor, or do you want a guarantee that they comply with legal requirements? Perhaps you also need a special report or a statement from a certified audit expert ?

We certify all your financial statements as auditors, or as independent experts on a voluntary basis. We apply the highest requirements of the Swiss Auditing Standards (SAS) or of the International Standards on Auditing (ISA). All our employees are certified audit experts by the Federal Audit Oversight Authority (FAOA) and active members of EXPERTsuisse.

We also produce the reports required by law in specific situations (foundation, liquidation, capital increase/decrease, restructurings based on Federal Merger Law, etc.).
